Store/DOA POLICY

In the unlikely event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), please send a clear digital picture within 1 hour of delivery to info@MaxReef.com with the subject DOA Claim Order #______

 

We may ask you to ship back the deceased animal, so please do not dispose of it.

Once we receive the digital photos and the deceased specimen (if applicable), we will issue you store credit.

​

Please also include condition and photos of the package.

​

Corals come with a live arrival guarantee only. 

​

Guarantee is void if you refuse delivery of your package, or if no one is available to receive the package on first attempt.

 

Losses due to shipping company errors or weather delays will proceed with a shipping claim.

 

We do not offer any guarantee if you provide us with an incorrect address.

 

We do not guarantee an exact color match to the photos posted on our site, all livestock may vary slightly depending on aquarium lighting.  We typically keep our spectrum at 20,000K using EcoTech Radions and AquaIllumination Blades.

 

Credit on Credit Orders will be given on purchases as a percentage.  The value of the credit will be determined by the cash percentage of the order.  I.E: a $100 order using $30 Credit will give a 70% credit value towards any DOA claims.

Any unfulfilled orders will be refunded to the original payment method .
